CATERING AND RENTALS

Thanks so much for considering Super Secret Ice Cream for your catering needs!

Here is all of the information you need to know to start the process of enjoying our ice cream at your event.  Please reach out with any questions that you may have by emailing catering@supersecreticecreamclub.com. 


We offer three types of catering at Super Secret right now. See below for details.

the Stash

  • The easy solution to having ice cream without the hassle of scooping your own!  A Stash is perfect for office parties, family get togethers, school events - if a group is gathering, it’s an easy way to enjoy a special treat together. 

    Your Stash can include individual 5 oz portion cups (2 different flavors), our classic ice cream sandwiches and/or fruitsicles (available starting July 2025).  

    We pack the novelties for you in a portable cooler or portable freezer so that you don’t have to worry about keeping them at the optimal temperature.  Just grab the Stash, head to your event & enjoy!

  • Looking for your own scooping venture?  Our Super Secret DIY Scoop Station is the perfect choice for your guests to scoop their own desserts.  Not only does it give everyone the ability to personalize their scoops, it serves as a fun activity that brings the group together.

    The DIY Scoop Station includes 3 different flavors of your choice, pre-packed in serving pans.  A portable cooler or plug in freezer is provided for optimal transport and once in the Station, the ice cream stays frozen while your guests scoop.  

    Pick up for the Scoop Station is at SSIC and all scoops, cups, spoons are provided.  Sprinkles too!

scoop service

  • Let us do the scooping for you! If you are looking for the full service experience this is for you.  You choose the flavors and we’ll arrive with the ice cream, cones and sprinkles, ready to scoop for you and your guests.


    The Scoop Service includes 3 different flavors of your choice served in a branded tabletop serving freezer.  We provide waffle cones, cups, spoons, and sprinkles.
