Wild Timur Pepper
Nepalese wild pepper is added to our sweet cream ice cream. The berries are picked from wild trees in the Himalayas and have a bright, grapefruity aroma and tingly sensation on the tongue like that of its relative, the Sichuan peppercorn. Interestingly enough, the trees are botanically related to the citrus family. Timur is pronounced "tee-moore"

Single Origin Chocolate
Chocolate Ice Cream Made with Single Orgin Chocolate from Mexico. It is processed by La Rifa at their Mexico City workshop. All of La Rifa's chocolate is grown in biodiverse agricultural and agroforestry systems by farmer collectives in the southeastern regions of Mexico.

Made with whole vanilla beans from Laie Vanilla Co in Hawaii
