what’s the scoop?
Blueberry Yuzu (v)
Sorbet made with blueberries and yuzu juice. This is a special sorbet because it is made from excess juicy syrup that we acquire when we make our blueberry jam. Instead of throwing out this super flavorful syrup, we use it as a base for this sorbet and add even more fresh blueberries to the mix.
Milky Chocolate
Award winning 66% TCHO (fair trade & B Corp) Chocolate melted into our sweet cream base creating an extra creamy, tastes like nostalgia & chocolate milk.
Vanilla Bean
Not just the average vanilla, this ice cream is made with whole Laie Vanilla Co. Beans grown on their family run farm in Hawaii

Sweet cream ice cream steeped with Mem Tea Earl Grey Tea
Coffee Chocolate Amaretto Cake*
Coffee Ice Cream made with Trillium Beans and Bars coffee (roasted here!) and pieces of dark chocolate amaretto cake

Sweetberry Honeysuckle
Sweetberry honeysuckle, also called a honeyberry, is a unique berry that has the flavor described as a combination of blueberry, currant, and blackberry. Tart and sweet. Berries are folded into our buttermilk base. Berries from Northern Berries in Sandwich, NH (I am also egg free!)

Sour Cherry Mahlab
