Vanilla Bean Crème Fraîche
Single origin vanilla beans from Laie Vanilla Co in Hawaii steeped in crème fraîche ice cream. We substitute heavy cream for crème fraîche in this ice cream for a lightly tangy, cultured flavor.
Slopeside Mint Chip
Mint ice cream laced with dark chocolate! Mint from Slopeside Farm.
Coconut Milk Coffee (v)
Locally roasted coffee infused into coconut milk ice cream

Houjicha Latte
Single source, Japanese houjicha blended into our sweet cream ice cream. Houjicha is a roasted green tea. Our tea is grown by the Tsuji family in in Shirakawa, Uji, Kyoto and has notes of chocolate & toasted nuts.

Classic strawberry ice cream made with local strawberries from Joe's Brook Farm & Four Corners Farm.
Sweetberry Honeysuckle
Honeyberries - a unique berry described as a combination of blueberry, currant, and blackberry - are folded into our buttermilk base and come from Northern Berries in Sandwich, NH.

Cinnamon basil ice cream swirled with jammy blueberries. Made with local blueberries, Joe's Brook Farm Basil and single origin cinnamon
