Single Origin Vanilla Beans from Laie Vanilla Co in Hawaii steeped in Creme Fraiche Ice Cream. We substitute heavy cream for creme fraiche in this ice cream for a lightly tangy, cultured flavor

Swirly Peanut Butter Brownie*

Dark, fudgy brownie pieces and a salted peanut butter ribbon swirled throughout sweet cream ice cream. We use Maine Grains flour to make our brownies!

Coffee Cardamom

Sweet cream ice cream steeped with Trillium Beans & Bars Coffee and single origin green cardamom

Mount Cabot Maple

Sweet cream ice cream made with maple sugar from Mount Cabot Maple

Sour Cherry Mahlab

Locally grown cherry jam swirled through mahlab-infused ice cream. Mahlab is the kernel of the St. Lucie Cherry and has an almond like flavor. Cherries from Burtt's Apple Orchard in Cabot, VT

Sweet cream ice cream with honeycomb candy, made from local honey thanks to White Mt. Apiary

Sugar Kelp Shoyu*

Tastes like butterscotch and salted caramel. Sugar kelp harvested off the coast of Stonington, Connecticut is used by Moromi to brew this soy sauce, which we add into our sweet cream ice cream

Blueberry Juniper

Sweet cream ice cream scented with juniper and swirled with Passamaquoddy wild blueberries.
