what’s the scoop?
Single Origin Chocolate
Chocolate ice cream made with Single Orgin Chocolate from Chiapas, Mexico. This is a really special chocolate is grown in Ostuacan, Chiapas by the Mendoza Family and processed by La Rifa at their Mexico City workshop. All of La Rifa's chocolate is grown in biodiverse agricultural and agroforestry systems by farmer collectives in the southeastern regions of Mexico.
Vanilla Bean
Made with whole vanilla beans from Laie Vanilla Co in Hawaii
Rhubarb Almond Crunch
Sweet cream ice cream swirled with rhubarb jam and a brittle-like almond crunch *not certified gluten free oats
Blueberry Yuzu (v)
Sorbet of blueberries and yuzu juice. This is a special sorbet because it is made from excess juicy syrup that we aquire when we make our blueberry jam. Instead of throwing out this super flavorful syrup, we use it as a base for this sorbet and add even more fresh blueberries to the mix!

Sweet cream ice cream made with maple sugar from Mount Cabot Maple

Sweet cream ice cream with honeycomb candy, made from local honey thanks to White Mt. Apiary

Malted Banana Fluffernutter*
Malted banana ice cream with thick swirls of marshmallow fluff and salty peanut crunchies. Made with local biscuit malt from Blue Ox Malthouse in Maine
Hazelnut Stracciatella
Sweet cream ice cream studded with hazelnut stracciatella. Stracciatella is a thin, crisp chocolate chip. In this case, it is a hazelnut chocolate chip. Tastes like nutella but better!
Baa Baa Brambleberry
Lightly tangy Sheep's Milk Yogurt Ice Cream swirled with brambleberry jam (made from raspberries and blackberries). Yogurt comes from Black Eyed Susan in Mont Vernon, NH. Raspberries from Great Northern Berries in Sandwich, NH.
Wild Timur Pepper
Nepalese wild pepper is added to our sweet cream ice cream. The berries are picked from wild trees in the Himalayas and have a bright, grapefruity aroma and tingly sensation on the tongue like that of its relative, the Sichuan peppercorn. Interestingly enough, the trees are botanically related to the citrus family. Timur is pronounced "tee-moore"
Raspberry Sherbet
Fruit-forward sherbet made with lots of raspberries from Great Northern Berries in Sandwich, NH and buttermilk from Maine (Egg free!)
